Dive Bar Radio is a podcast by disreputable absurdists on all thing related to bars, sports, drinking, technology, social media, hash house harriers, virtual worlds and more drinking.

We believe the following things:

  • Dive Bars are true reflection of our society
  • 21st Amendment to the U.S. Constitution is the almost as important as the 1st Amendment
  • Closing times should be abolished
  • Juke Boxes that take credit cards are a wonderful way to be a DJ
  • Tequila by The Champs is always a good song to select

Produced in Santa Cruz, California – that is on the left coast – the show features people from around the world.  The host of the program is one Guy “Banana” Schilling who is a professional bar stool tester and practicing half mind that happens to develop virtual realities and creates social metaverse spaces – insert “get-a-life” joke here – and happens to exist in the People’s Republic of Santa Cruz.
